This machine is also named chemical polishing machine which is mainly used for pre-treatment of plating metal zipper to begold color, white gold, light gold and gun color. It mainly uses chemical acid solution to corrode the surface of brasszipper tecth, so as to get a polishing result, and bring a gold color to the zipper surface.
This is a small model of chemical plating machine. The machine is soldered with imported pp plastic plates, which will not becorroded by any chemicals, and all stcel parts are made from stainless steel 304# and 316#, and the electrical components aremainly from Schneider.

Advantages:
1. The machine’s size is small, which is 380*90*1950% (including chain guide frame), suitable for small factory.
2. All control circuit apparatus are Omron and Schneider brands.
3. Each shaft group (the shafts in the same tank is one shaft group) could be disassembled and taken out, which is convenient for eleaning chemical tank.
4. L-type water adding function: the water quantity is observable. Clean water is injected gently from the bottom and dirtywater overflows naturally, It could effcetively save 20-30% water, giving a better cleaning effect to the zipper.
5. Difference between this machine and similar produets: it could save 20-60% water, 30-50% chemical cost: it uses materialssciontifically, ouality assurance coefficiont oxpands for 3-5 timos and service lifo could reach 10 vears at least.
